As you may know, on July 18th Heather Halter’s 2 dogs, Mocha and Vada Mae were playing in the yard when they began to fight with each other. Heather frantically fought to pull them apart. Chris came home and rushed both dogs to the ER Vet, while Heathers father took her to the ER because she sprained her wrist. The local ER Vet sent the 2 dogs to Animal Emergency in Grand Rapids. Sadly, young Mocha did not survive her internal injuries. Vada Mae is fighting to survive. In the week following she made 3 trips to Animal ER and had to have 2 surgeries.
